DESIGN AND TESTING
We have highly trained, experienced engineers and technicians who work in an in-house
laboratory using some of the most sophisticated simulating and testing equipment
available, this ensures that the quality and set standards are the highest and are always
consistent.
Vigorous testing programme is carried out On Road Test Simulators, Breaking & Torque
PressureTester, Fatigue Testers, Salt / Rust ambient Testers and CV Boot Testers.
Incorporated in the manufacturing abilities of our manufacturers is also a Hi Tech Design
Laboratory with fully synchronised CAD systems continuously fault finding, rectifying
designing and revising.

Manufacturing space totals 202,000 sq.ft with equipment comprising of:
1 sets of 1600 Ton hot forging presses for CV Joint Housings
2 sets of 1200 Ton hot forging presses for CV Joint Housings
2 sets of 500 Ton hot forging presses for Races & Cages
3 sets of 300 Ton hot forging presses for Races & Cages
3 sets of 150 Ton hot forging presses for Cages
1 set of 650 Ton hot forging press for Races
2 sets of 750 Ton cold forging presses for CV Joint Housings
1 set of 650 Ton cold forging press for Races
100 CNC Machines for machining
3 Conventional Machines for Heat treatment
4 sets of induction facilities with state-of-the-art Hi Tech Fully Automated and
Computerised Machine that has the ability of inducting 2 CV Joint Housings in
25 seconds and 2 Center Shafts in 35 seconds. More of these machines are
being installed to cater for the growing production demands.
