Corporation is one of the earliest listed motorcycle enterprises. Up to the end of June 1998, the Corporation total assets amounted to RMB 3.022 billions. And the total stock of Corporation came up to 736.06 million shares by Dec. 1998.

Overseas business is dealt with by Hainan Sundiro Motorcycle Marketing Co., Ltd. , which includes Shanghai
Match Department, Shanghai Check Department, and Zhanjiang Warehouse, there are also institutions
overseas such as sub-company in Hong Kong, America and Japan.

Marketing Company is responsible for purchasing of raw materials, auxiliary materials, complete sets of
parts, components in the domestic and overseas in an all-around way and the exporting business. At present there are more than 300 matching units all over the world.
