| Tangshan Aisin Gear Co., Ltd (TAGC) is a Joint Venture among Tangshan Gear Factory of
P.R. China, Aisin Seiki Co.,Ltd, Aisin Ai Co., Ltd., and Toyota Tsusho Co. of Japan, specializing in the development manufacture of automotive transmissions and their worldwide sale. TAGC is situated in Tangshan, a city bordering on the Bohai Sea. It has a total investment about US$41.3 million and Starting business on July 01, 1996, TAGC has manufactured transmissions of 10 series with central distance from 55mm to 93mm, four of which were introduced from Tangshan Gear Factory, three from Japan and three by itself. They are all manual transmissions up to the present moment, mainly including light-T/M, Mini-T/M and Car-T/M, depending on the market. Department of product development has been set up within the company, which are able to develop new product for (or jointly develop with) all clients.
