Through the process of extraction, concentration and urification, the essence of the herbal extracts, "KY88 Liver Livo" is formed. The formulation is the result of several years of clinical studies undertaken by Dr. Joseph Lui.

Dr. Joseph Lui established Hon Ding International Inc. in the United States in 1988. His efforts have been directed towards the development of traditional Chinese herbal medicine as a cure for liver and kidney diseases, diabetes, heart disorder, and cancer.
In 1997, the Chairman of the Company, Mr. Simon Chan, and Dr. Lui established the local Hon Ding (Hong Kong) International Limited (the Company) and inaugurated the worldwide distribution of KY88 Liver Livo, choosing Hong Kong as its base and collaborating with the Watson's on local distribution.
The Company pursues the ideal of the legendary "fathers" of medicine, Lao Jun, who persistently made potent medicine to prolong lives, and Shen Nong who personally took his experimental herbal medicine to test its effect before he applied it to others. The Company has put in relentless efforts to explore herbal medicine applications, and incorporated western technologies in their manufacturing with a view to curing chronic diseases and contributing towards the well being of society.
