WBL Biotech Co., Ltd. of Peking University (PKU WBL), is a high-tech biopharmaceutical enterprise jointly invested by Peking University Weiming Biotech Group, Singapore WBL Group and Beijing Proprietary Co. Ltd. It was founded in Beijing New Industry Experiment District with registered capital of RMB 80 million yuan in August 1994.
