Found in 1940,Wenzhou Pharmaceutical Factory is a state-run factory, It enjoys independence in import & export.Its assets reaches 80 million Yuan, covers an area of 100,000 square metres. With 8 workshops, 2 joint venture companies, 2 cooperative enterprises, the factory has 1208 employees, of which 180 are technicians. The factory specializes in the production of chemical synthetic medicines, antibiotics, food additive, plant extraction medicines and various kinds of preparations (Including tablets, injections, fluid infusion, powder for injection, suppositories,ointments and oral solutions ect more than 100 kinds). Among them, the annual output of Paracetamol reaches 6000MT, L-Malic Acid 1000MT, tablets 1000 million tabs, injections 100 million amps, fluid infusions 5 million bottles, powder for injections 20 million vials.
