Kai Shing Management Services Ltd was recently awarded
ISO 14001 certification by the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency for its environmental
management of Palm Springs and Royal Palms.
At present, there are only a few organisations in Hong Kong that have been awarded ISO
14001 certification. Kai Shing is the first property gain ISO 14001, and the only property
management company in Hong Kong to gain ISO 14001, and the only property management
company that has certification for both ISO 9002 and 14001.
Established in 1978, Kai Shing Management Services Ltd. is now one of the largest and
most reputable property management companies now in Hong Kong. Our existing portfolio
under management comprises about 63 million sq.ft.
We offer a full range of property management services, from management of single-ownership
and multi-ownership properties, in the provision of security, cleaning, maintenance and
property agency
services.
For 3 consecutive years from 1994 to 1997 we have been awarded, the Hong Kong Housing
Authority's 'Best Property Management Agents' award for HOS developments.
In 1996 & 1997, we were also awarded the honorary 'Best Property Management Agent
Award ' by the Hong Kong Housing Authority for the management of Kai Tsui Court HOS
(1,001-1,500 residential units category).
In September 97, Kai Shing takes over 2 new
properties developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties., namely :
(1) No. 3 Repulse Bay Road. This development comprises 42 luxury apartments, club house,
swimming pool and some 90 carpark.
(2) East Point City in Tseung Kwan O. This comprehensive development provides 2,184
residential
units, over 400,000 sq. ft. modern shopping centre, resident club, recreational
facilities, swimming pool, tennis court and 1,000 carpark. East Point City is pioneering
the use of smart cards for building security and usage of club facilities. What's more!

Internet.
