Established in may 1987,the group
corporation,with another name of ZhuHai Building Installation Engineering Company, was set
up in April 1995, In Jan.1996,it was promoted as a state-owned architectural enterprise of
grade 'A' by the Ministry of Construction. It bears grade 'A' for architectural
decoration, architectual curtain wall, and grade 'B' for municipal engineering, equipment
installing, the general contract and foreign project contract certificate.The registered
fund is 33.80 million yuan. By the end of 1998,the corporation had prosessed the general
assets of 290.05 million yuan,the fixed assets of 34.43 million yuan, the liquid assets of
251.24 million yuan. It has 1805 staff and workers in which 373 are engineers, technicians
and economic managerial personnel, is profound in architectural power and higher technical
level.
